Ann's Flower Shoppe Formal Wear Policy

We want your rental to go smoothly and your event to be perfect.

Please place all tuxedo orders at least 14 days or more in advance of the event. (A $30 shipping/handling fee is charged on orders placed 7 days or less prior to the use date.)

A 50% deposit is required at the time of your fitting, before we will place your order. If you cancel your order 7 days or less before the event, your deposit is non-refundable.

Please make any changes in rental orders at least 10 days prior to event. (A $20 service fee is charged for late changes in your order.)

Please return all tuxedos the first business day following the event by 11:00 a.m. (Late returns are charged $50 per day late fee.)

You will be responsible for the retail value of any lost or stolen items.
